- International shipping is charged on weight or volume of your parcel.
- Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.
- Standard delivery is a non trackable service. The express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress.
- Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

- We will process your order within 2 business days, and delivery will be 4-5 days after that.
- When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
- Shipping costs are based on the weight or volume of the items in your Shopping Cart. You can check how much shipping will cost at any time – just add the products you want to purchase into your Shopping Cart, then enter the delivery destination into the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart area. 
- Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight or volume.
- Customs Duties, Fuel Surcharges, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in rates.
- Remote Area Surcharges outside Singapore may apply depending on origin or destination postal codes.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. “merchandise” or “gift”) and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs Declaration. So please do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we can’t do it! Thanks for understanding.
- Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
- Shipping method and delivery time varies by destination. Please contact us if you would like more information.
- In the event that your package goes missing, it may take up to 4 months for reimbursement. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
