1. All products within the UltimateSelfCare™ are subject to availability.
2. UltimateSelfCare™ reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotional code is invalid for the order being placed.
3. All promotional codes and discounts may be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
4. Only one promotion code can be used per order.
5. Promotional discounts cannot be redeemed via any third party websites, including cash back sites & voucher code sites.
6. When using a promotional code, other promotional codes that offer a discount cannot be redeemed in addition; this includes any third party discount offers, such as incentive schemes.
7. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash/credit used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping, gift wrap or gift voucher costs charged on the original order.
8. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied to that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any shipping, gift wrap or gift voucher costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
9. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, UltimateSelfCare™ reserve the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.
10. Please be advised: Any discount used will be applied across all the products in your basket which may mean that you no longer qualify for a Free Gift with purchase offer where a minimum spend applies.

Please read carefully the following terms & conditions as they set out the basis upon which you can visit and use the UltimateSelfCare™ website (“website”). We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we advise you to read through them each time that you use the site.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Our Contract

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Singapore and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax applicable in Singapore only)/VAT (Valued Added Tax). Delivery costs may be charged in addition where applicable. Such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment

Payment for your order will be taken at the point of you processing payment on the website.

No amendment to an order is allowed once payment has been made.

Delivery

Delivery Timing
If the delivery date selected falls on a Public Holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day.
No delivery will be allowed for specified timing.
No delivery will be available on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail.

Promotional Codes

Where you use a valid promotion code, this usually relates to receiving extra discount, receiving free product(s) or free shipping or a combination of these. The following additional terms and conditions apply:

- Promotions are only valid until the date published - Promotional codes can only be used for purchases made on this website.

- Only one code may be used for an order and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer including sale items.

- UltimateSelfCare.com reserves the right to end any promotion at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice. In addition the following applies to these types of promotions:

i) Discounts:

- Discounts are not refundable for cash.

- For money-off discount codes, you must have products in your basket totaling more than the amount of the discount. You will not be able to roll forward or use again any of the unused part of the discount code.

- Discounts will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer (if any).

- Gift Vouchers are excluded from money-off discount codes.

ii) Free Products:

- UltimateSelfCare™ reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product without notice. All free products are subject to availability.
Loyalty & Gift Vouchers
- Please see Loyalty Scheme and Gift Vouchers for further information.

- Loyalty & Gift Vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher or in the email accompanying the voucher

- Vouchers can be redeemed on the website at the Checkout page and may be used in addition to a promotional code.

- We can’t accept any responsibility for lost or deleted gift vouchers.

i) Gift Vouchers
- Gift voucher are sent by post. Please double check the delivery address you provide. It is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than you or your recipient if the address entered is incorrect.

ii) Loyalty Vouchers

- Loyalty vouchers are sent by email and may get caught in spam filters and it is up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
